Pumpland Policies

Shipping Charges:  Shipping charges will be calculated in your cart.  If shipping cost is more than amount paid, you will be contacted via email.  All orders will be couriered.

We currently only ship within New Zealand, please contact us if you wanting to ship overseas. 

Return/Refund Policy:  You may only return a product if it is faulty and under warrenty, we do reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion.  We strongly recommend that before purchasing a product that you are sure it is the right product for you. If we decide you are able to return a product, you will receive a store credit.

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellation on order will only be acccepted if order has not shipped. 

Prices & GST:  All prices are displayed in New Zealnd currency (NZD) and include GST.
